Does this really help players and punish them if they afk while they got it? A friend I played with in my early lvl helped my get better at the game but I can barely play with him now cause he has it so much. A few days ago he told me he went afk in three of the 5 games he had to clear and nothing happened...

Does this system really change how players play?
