Clubs Feedback

Alright Riot, here's what I want for clubs:

• A "summary" or "about" page to tell people more about a given club
• A way to browse and join clubs even if you aren't friends with a member
• Ability to edit and customize club visibility, who can join, etc. based on friend status, rank, and so on (I've seen people recruiting for silver-only or diamond-only clubs, for example)
• Ability to create or upload custom club icons, chat room layouts, and so on with a set of club-editing tools, so that each club looks and feels unique
