League Wont Open!

I've tried every suggestion I can find on the internet. I've deleted the "lol_launcher" in the RADs folder. I've re-installed about 10 times; even with updating or changing my internet browsers (Chrome, Safari, IE, tried them all.) I've tried running as admin. I've tried everything I can find and still can't get past the logo when you initially double click League. I need help =(
