verbal abuse punishment

i think that riot should make harsher disciplinary policies on verbal abuse and harassment, because league is a game and people play games to have fun not to be harassed made fun of and over all hated on. when that happens a game no longer becomes fun so why play it. i wish i knew how to elaborate on this more because i just want to play league to have fun but it is really hard to have fun playing a game when people are just complete jerks and i don't wanna play a game were every time i enter it some one is being mean to someone be it me or another player.
