Extremely long queues for MID MAINS?

Lately Ive been having extremely long queues when I pick mid as my first position. Im talking about 15 minutes and sometimes even though I waited a long time I end up with top. Even though I play top pretty well (mostly tanky champs) I end up losing because in silver carries often don`t do well.

The waiting time is annoying. I thought this was fixed. Am I the only one?
