talon rework the one mechanic i want to be preserved is the bleed over time

Normally id be against bleed over times, but it does make talon a unique assassin

I'm fine with it, as long as it's not buffed up to levels of bleed damage...Though honestly, if they were to switch Darius and Talon's bleed damage with each other then I'd be fine with it and would probably be more balanced and makes more sense.

tbh i wouldn't mind them change literally everything on talon except Rake
