Runes, and the small problem with too many

So, my PBE account has too many runes on it. By this I mean, when I try to buy new runes, the purchase seems to go through, but I do not get the runes. I assume it is because I have too many runes on my account. I have over 30 or 40 of many rune types, which I believe is causing a problem, and Riot does not have a method of removing runes anymore, which leaves me in a bit of a quandary. If any Rioter happens to stumble across this post, I would appreciate pushing forward an idea to allow players the ability to recycle runes, if only to allow this if the player has more than nine of the rune, which currently serves no purpose.

If that seems unlikely, and there are no plans to put in a button to erase all runes above 9 of each type, or all any quints above 4, than perhaps you could have all the Runes erased from my PBE account, so I could play on the PBE again, with the ability to create more rune set ups. Thanks
