Omega Squad Teemo's Login Screen

So, there is a guy in Teemo's goggle. I did NOT find this, this guy did. There is also a frog in the screenshot, again not found by me. There is also a face-like figure in the right, in the bushes, can someone explain what that is? http://i.imgur.com/LeSSJbR.jpg
