Coach and/or Someone to do VOD review with

Just started getting back into league more heavily again, I got to diamond last season and pretty much stopped playing to win afterwards just spamming normals. Trying to get back to diamond first but hoping to try to grind to high diamond or master by the end of the season. Would like to find a challenger coach for reasonable price (free would be cool but hey). If not coaching would at least like to do a couple vod reviews as well Comment if you are interested. Thank you
