In-Game Skin program

Hello, I would like to know if there is any third party program that allows me to choose skins for my champions and see them in-game. Is there any 100% LEGAL program that does that? I come from a poor family so i cant afford skins for my-self. Thank you.

there are programs but i think its frowned upon by riot, you'd have to use them at your own risk. i don't know of any at the back of my head
