@Riot: I hereby question your competence is literally EVERYTHING marketing related

Dear Riot, with worlds you had the biggest live-event running that league has to offer. Thousands over thousands people watched the finals, streams translated the event into 26 languages and shared it with people all around the globe. Your game even had the attention of the press (at least here in germany as the finals took place in Berlin.)

It was the maximal exposure, the best stage you could have ever had all year on.

And yet... you did NOTHING. What is the point of having the climax of the biggest yearly esports event SET ON HALLOWEEN, but instead DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WITH THAT PERFECT CHANCE? I'm not even asking for a cinematic, but at least SOMETHING that connects to the harrowing-story chapters that seemed to be building up just for this date. If anything I was expecting a reveal or at least a sneak-peek at our new champ... Heck, if there at least was an announcement "Happy Harrowing, skins are aviable now" - but no, NOT EVEN THAT.

This is like walking down the street, seeing 500€ bill on the ground right in front of your nose, and instead ignore it and keep walking.

Not to mention that Worlds itself was completly lame, partly due to the game state, partly because people knew SKT was winning anyways. Group stages were fun, but after that... meh. You could have spiced it up with the Harrowing. Then the event would have been awesome even if the actual matches were three times as lame, but without it it was just the worst waste of economic and strategic potential I have ever witnessed in my entire life.

Not only do you guys seem to sacrifice everything good in the game on your unholy altar of esports (which makes less than 1% of your playing population), you also seem to lack any kind of common sense. Or did your chinese overlords say something? Whatever it is, you really screwed up Riot.
