Brawlers kind of op

I just watch a taric on my team run under the fountain on our side being chased by about 5 razors and it took a little over 20seconds before they even all died. they where even shredding his health while he was under it. he and to keep healing himself because they where doing more damage than the fountain heals. This was only 5 razors to id had to see more than that. Now when i say OP i don't mean it as a huge deal but under tower fire minions usually die after like 1 or 2seconds yet these guys survived forever it felt like.
