LeaverBuster, busted!

I was just playing a League match and was nearing the end of the match, when out of nowhere my power shutters and my PC shuts. In a hurry, knowing and fearing the new AFK/Leaving punishments, I hurry and start my PC back up. No more then Five minutes getting the PC on and starting League back up and logging in, am I met with the LeaverBuster message informing me of the consequences of continuing to leave games. So from what I can gather is that, during the time my PC was off and I was getting back on, the match had finished while I was out of the game. How is that really considered a leave? Pretty much if that match ends within the time it takes for you to come back (even if it could be a minute or less) it is counted as a leaver and I have a chance of getting banned? I could understand if I was gone the whole match, but no. Played the whole match but that end, due to something I could not control. I really feel like something should be in place for something like this, such as "DOTA's" "Game Abandoned" timer, but since you can not pause league maybe give players a bit more time to come back? I do think this system is an okay idea, but like most ideas, they are better left as ideas.
