Community gathering

I know that riot is trying to bring players together especially friends to play in a group. What if riot made bonus ip consistently for example a small amount such as 10 ip boost per person in a premade. so if you have three people its 10x(3) so 30 extra ip. It is not super significant but as 5 people 50 ip extra sounds pretty good. Just some food for thought i figured i might add.
