MORE PUNISHMENT STILL HAVENT BROKE ANY RULES..

I am tired of chat restriction riot. I don't break the rules you have. I am always restricted. I am polite in game but I cant stop from being reported. Are you ever going to fix this? If not maybe write a new league code so people can know that they will be unfairly punished anytime anyone else want to click report no matter if they followed the rules or not.
