Champion Lore in Loading Screen

Hello folks,

I am not sure if this has been brought up before, but would it be possible to add Champion Lore to the loading screen? Make it where you could click on whichever champion's icon is being played in the game and be able to bring up a small pop up that shows the character lore. I know that sometimes I get stuck at the pre-game loading screen for what seems like ages and I think this would be a good way to pass the time. Personally, I have never read all of the champion lore just because I do not have all that much time to read through 100+ lore pages. But, while I am stuck waiting for other players to load, I may as well have something to do!
