There just needs to be more skin rewards

I know skins are riots main source of income and to give them away might be bad business, but because they cost real money (sometimes more than $20 for one skin) they would be a HUGE incentive.

Having a special skin for all players that weren't punished during a season that was only attainable for positive players would be really cool. If it couldn't be bought or earned any other way, it would really give people an incentive to pursue.

There are literally endless things that could be done with skin incentives. you want more people to use team builder to build its momentum? Offer a skin for everyone that wins X amount of team builder games.

It seems like wasted opportunity when the only skin you can earn is one victorious skin if you reach gold in any mode during a year.
