Elo's need requirement based on division

Ex.

Bronze - You must have owned this champion X amount of days to play in ranked Silver - You must have played X amount of games with this champion (in any game mode) to play in ranked so on and so forth

The amount of games i've seen 1st time hec's go top lane just cause it was done in the lcs..Someone please gut hecarim so they'll stop
