Looking for duo q and friendly team

Since the season is coming to an end, and even though i stopped doing tank for a while, i am interested in joining our forming a friendly group of summoners who are more interested in bettering eachother in game rather than getting diamond in two months.

I can play all roles but supp so im def looking for someone who can be my on call Braum and a bit more but i also would love to join up with some like minded people and start practicing for s5.

I'd prefer if those interacting with me were 19 and older as ill just feel odd playing with a schooler.
