Seriously, can we have Surrender time in 15 minutes please?

Majority of the games were ending too fast (thanks a lot for nerfing turrets for no reason), and 20 minutes just seems like a long long way, especially in losing teamkills of 2 vs 20. A lot of these losing games mostly got me to a point where I felt like AFK-ing til 20 minutes.
