win a game at 99 lp... start with 1 promo win?

If your at 95 lp or above and win a game to enter promos and lets say 10 lp is unused(so you earn 15 lp when you were at 95 lp) you should start with a promo win...

and the reason i say have 10 lp unused is for the situation were someone has really low mmr and only earn 6 lp per win from getting the free win considering they dont really deserve it... becasue that game is equivalent to someone earning 20 lp winning a game at 81 lp

i dont know i just feel winning a game when your at 95-99 lp (with a good mmr) doesn't really give a proper reward
