What if Zac had...?
A bonus health regen as a passive on his W?
Like, Zac gains 1/2/3/4/5% (+[1% AP]%) bonus health regen based on how much health he has.
So, if Zac got 2000 health, he'd have 20/40/60/80/100 bonus health regen every 10 seconds.
It could even go up to 140 bonus health regen every 10 seconds to have 14 health every second.
Now, I don't think it'd be wise to do a every 5 second health regen because then he'd have, as an example, 28 per second + what he has in items which could raise up to possibly 50 or 60 health regen per second, easily. He can even get to 4000 health, which would mean at max level (if it were 5 seconds) he'd be gaining back 200 health every 5 seconds or 40 health per second. That means, with items, he'd be gaining back almost 100 health per second. It could even (with AP) go up to 280 health per 5 seconds.
