Nothing to do with all my IP

So, I have been playing league a long time. Season 2, to be specific, just before Viktor was released.

I have ALL the champions. I have 17 Rune pages. More Runes than I can fit into the pages I have.

And over 20,000 IP. And NOTHING to do with it. When I new champ comes out, sure, I instantly get them, regardless of interest, but I can get the IP back fairly quick.

I am not bragging here - this is something that most older players encounter. It was a problem when I joined of people having already hit this point. The reason I post this is because I would like the ability to do something with all this IP.

The suggestion I have, but anyone reading this, feel free to post more suggestions in the comments, is that riot allow us to spend IP on things like boxes and keys. Would other people also think this is a good idea/want this?
