Can't transfer to KR, what server has best ping?

Hey all, I'm moving to Korea for the next 8 months of my life. Since I don't have a KSSN, I'm planning on transferring my account to either the Oceanic Server or Russian Server.

Does anyone know what the respective pings are in those servers from Korea? I heard the Oceanic server is as slow as NA's from Korea, but I have no idea if it really is or not.
