Hextech Crafting.. WHEN?

When is hexteh crafting coming to the EU-Servers. Im butthurt, salty salty, qq and everything, because NA allready had it released. I now they said sometime this week but I need to now. Have been looking forward to this system for so long. Rito pls. It can't be that hard.
