Refunds

Hey everyone,

Recently I've had the thought, why not give each player refunds at the start of every season, based on how many seasons that player has played?

Ex. A player who has been playing since the start of Season 1, will, by the start of Season 6 get 5 refunds. (The refunds can cap at a certain point)

If a player doesn't want or need use of these refunds, he/she will be able to contact player support and get a certain amount of RP based on the amount of refunds he refunded ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

This is just a thought, because I know that when I started playing in Season 4, I wasted my refunds extremely quickly, and it's not fun when I don't play Udyr anymore, yet have Spirit Guard.
