Rift Herald - Baron Idea -

As everyone knows Rift Herald rarely gets killed in the game, because most people find him useless or just don't see the point of doing him, but.. I think that would change if you did this.

If nobody decides to kill the Rift Herald, let the Baron do it at 20 minutes and grant HIM the buff making him a even more threat then before.

When I say more of a threat I'm meaning to buff his damage and HP/Armor up, making him more harder to kill and punishes the people that refused to kill the Herald. This would make people defiantly try to kill the Herald, so the Baron isn't harder to kill then it already is.

Woo laa, a reason to kill Herald added.
