RIOT: Just admit that you have no idea when the servers will be back up!

Look, I understand that downtime in inevitable, but let's look at the history of this latest instance.

Originally it was scheduled for 3 AM 11/19 until 3 PM 11/19. Then it got moved to 12:02 AM 11/19 until 12 PM 11/19. That's fine, just moved it up three hours, nothing wrong with that. Then they extend it to 3 PM, this hurts and is unfortunate but things happen, I understand. However they then push it out another hour to 4 PM, then they push it to "Oh just another 30 minutes or so around 4:30", and now it's 5:20 and the server status popup on the launcher has said "another hour or so" since around 3 PM...

RIOT it's been over 17 hours now... just admit someone fucked up and tell us you have no idea when the servers will be up so that we don't waste 5 and a half hours waiting. You made 624 million dollars (That's $624,000,000) in REVENUE in 2013, and yet you can't hire a decent tech team? You're an online game for pete's sake, your tech team should be the envy of every other company's tech team.

I understand that flaming you won't make things go faster, I just want you to stop lying to us like some shitty airline. I think the community feels the same way.

Keep in mind that the 4.20 patch is scheduled to take the server down again in just a number of hours... so unless that's now merged with this downtime you've really fucked up Riot. Not even a double IP weekend would make up for this IMO.. but it would help. Maybe some serious Lee Sin nerfs would make the people happy again! (That 4.20 patch notes Lee Sin -2 armor "nerf" is seriously abysmal, and not what needs to be addressed about him.)
