Skin Splash Art updates please?

I was reading into the article about Riot's evolution of Splash arts (Thanks S@20) and that got me thinking if Riot could update some of the skin splash arts especially regarding some of the older skins out there. Now I understand that they might be doing this hence why some time ago they replace some of the splashes with their Chinese counterparts, but I'm just saying that a couple of the skins have splashes so outdated that a couple of them bear NO RESEMBLANCE to the actual skins.(Looking at you Phantom Karthus) If Riot could acknowledge this post that would be highly appreciated! :)
