Please, update champion price reduction schedule

I think that this needs to be updated, at least with TK's release date and Kindred. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202083304-Permanent-Champion-Price-Reduction#h4q2

I'd also really like to know what champion is going to have its price reduced together with Hecarim.
