Can anyone tell me how to watch your replay of the game like the way mk jojo did .. ?

lolreplay is dosent work for me .. i used mk few months back but but stoped using it cause riot dosent advise using it but i need something like it so that i can watch the replay after the game easily . and the replays of mk dint take a lot of space . i used fraps but it game me fps laag and took lot of space .
