Need Artists/Graphics design hobbyists and web design aficionados to help with my website

Im not sure where to post this so if it is in the wrong area please let me know where to relocate it Building a LOL community and I need some help from talented individuals, any degree of help would be useful from volunteering your skills to educating others on how to do some things etc etc. Things we are trying to achieve (our goals): We are starting a website from the ground up, we need people who can help us design the look as well as the function of our website.
