skin trading (?)

I'm pretty sure most of you who purchased skins for your champions find yourself not using some skins you guys have purchased. So what I am proposing might actually sound quite interesting.

Method 1: Skin bets (game mode)

players play with their skins betted (obviously, ones which they don't use) and according to KDA ratio, the players will be able to pick skins on their choices ( the player with best KDA will have first choice, second with second choice and so on). This game mode will be divided into tiers according to the cost and availability of the skin. But this mode will need more improvements since there will problem regarding the skins they picked when they don't have that champion

Method 2: Skin trading

with the agreement of both parties, players will be able to trade the skins, but each players will have to pay 25RP as a cost of tradement to the RIOT GAMES
