All-around favorite champs and why?

Like the title says, who's your favorite all-around champ and why are they your favorites? Now, I don't mean your favorite lore, or favorite to play. I mean the champ that you like everything about them the most. For instance, my favorite champ gameplay-wise is , lore-wise it's probably , but all-around, the champ who I love the gameplay, lore, personality, and skins for would be between (super nice musical mute lane bully with a voice/telepathic voice like silk) and (twisted jokester who owns both jungles and can be anywhere at any time. Even seeing him doesn't guarantee that you know where he is, and I love that). Those are my favorites. If I had to go down to one, I'd pick , but it's super close.
