Snowday Skins -- quick question.
So, say I buy Snowday Syndra -- can I use that skin at any time in the year, or is it limited to just the event? I don't know how legacy skins work, and she's marked as one. >.>

once a skin is bought is is on your account and you can play it anytime....unless you get prema baned
you can use it year round if you bought it
You can only purchase it during the event.
You can use it any time after you have bought it.
