Why do almost all Japanese players (in NA) main Rumble or Shyvana?

What is it about these two champions that are appealing to them?

All you have to do is play ranked between 6 and 10 AM Eastern, when most Japanese people are on. You'll come across the Sachikos and Watanabes and they'll invariably lock in one of these two champions.
