I want to be able to contribute more

Hi. I recently received an email this week asking me to take a survey about league of legends and having my voice being heard. I liked the idea and thought it would be good to be able to give my opinions but unfortunately the link doesn't work. Also, recently I have been considering taking part in tribunal voting. The league of legends tribunal page also isn't available. Whether these links are having temporary problems or not available anymore I would like to know or discuss what other options or ways I can contribute more to the game or any process which leads to the game. Any suggestions, thoughts or information are welcome.
