Free RP Marketing idea

Alright, so at first this might seem a little outrageous, but after you think about it, all parties will win. Riot, just give everybody 375 RP. I've looked to see if this idea has been brought up, and honestly couldn't find anything, so if there is already a legitimate reason why Riot won't, then I am sorry. But here is the reason why they should: free money. A lot of people are turned off by spending money for a free to play (definitely not me, spent quite a bit on this game). However, I can safely assume all of these non-spenders want at least one of the 975 RP skins. I know that skins go on sale, so they could potentially just wait for that, but what if they miss it? RP does not cost Riot anything. It is a fake currency generated for the purpose of the game, so this would not hurt them in any way. It does, however, create an opportunity to make a lot of money for Riot. Even if JUST ONE person, spends $5 on RP (650+375=975), Riot Games will have made money. With the size of the community that league has, there will be a lot more than one person who purchases the 650RP from the store. And you guys could make it an "Event." Like, win 2 matches each day for 5 days in a row, and that will be the criteria for the gift of 375RP. There really is a big difference in spending $5 and $10 in the LoL store. But when you show someone who does not have any RP, that now, they are almost to that skin they want, it may just break them down and get them to buy the remaining 650RP. Just a thought, right now I have almost 3500RP (had to get some Project skins with load screens, and wait for the rest without load screens), so I am not asking for the RP for than skin I want. The link that is included in this post shows a situation where a Summoner could not afford the skin he wanted, and he was so so so close!!
