Riot server vs Garena server

I have two accounts in Riot NA server for over an year and so far the experience is pretty bad. I randomly get 2 weeks ban, chat ban countless of time. For the first few times I thought it is my fault, but then even I extremely control how I talk or even don't talk, I get same bans. Basically if you talk, some people don't like you for no reason and report you, you will get banned. I got to silver in another account but Riot ban me for 2 weeks AGAIN right before rank gift date so they got my gift.

Then I heard that Garena server in Singapore is not under Riot maintenance and it is like the most free server ever. I go to their forum and find out this should be true because they cannot even manage a forum login system! I have such a hard time even login, never can successfully create a post like this because they have serious problem with login so even I press post then ask me to login again, then just saying my password is wrong most of the time even my browser saves the password and it works sometimes.

I played few games in Garena and tried to be the most toxic I can, definitely no warning what so ever. Look like they have enough human resource to maintain the game server runs but definitely no resource for anything more than that like banning people or maintaining a simple forum.

I am in Asia so my ping is much better too. For America East the ping may not be bad at all since it is not that far away from America East while there is no America East server anyway.
