Whenever I play support

I ward, peel for my adc, and stick with them at all times to ensure their safety.

Whenever I play adc; my support doesn't ward, they never peel for me, and they decide to roam across the map to help another lane while I have the enemy jungler in mine + the 2 laners who are already there all pushing my turret and diving me.

Where is the logic here?! I just played 2 adc games back to back as Cait and the other as Trist and my Lux and Leona both followed the same pattern. Do people play supports just to troll on team builder or what?
