Dunkey Quit?

To be honest, I see a lot of toxicity in games. All the time. Hoping that the feeder that he got banned for was also punished..... as this is video evidence. What are we doing RIOT to prevent toxicity? I report someone every game it seems like and i'm not getting any feedback on my end. Like hey, we looked into the case and saw X player was in the wrong. At least when the tribunals were up we could see first hand how cases were being handled.
