Did anyone find those penguin summoner snowball icons anywhere?

God I wish they had a section devoted to guides and questions instead of having to decide at random where to put this.

Anyway the snowdown event page said something about 4 penguin snowballs you could purchase for 100 IP each and everyone you hit with it gets the summoner icon. I've looked all over the game store and do not see anything but the 250 IP snow minion. Anyone know where the penguin summoner icons are?

I also queued up for legend of the poro king and checked if it was some kind in player select purchase like those 1 game team skins, but I still didn't find. I can't stand this mode the sooner I can get those summoner icons the sooner I can drop it.

Go to the shop, to the Gifting Center, select a friend, bottom right option is the Snowball icons.

You can't buy them for yourself, a friend of yours has to gift them to you.

I've got one yesterday when I log in the game. Riot gave it to me for free. ^^

But yeah, probably some of them can only be bought.
