Video proves that your rank alone doesn't make you wrong

Just because a player is bronze or in a lower elo, it doesn't mean that they're automatically wrong when it comes to game theory or strategies.

A bronze player who says the following build is good on Garen isn't wrong because they are bronze:

Garen item 3100 item 3003 item 3508 item 3025 item 3042 item 3117

This video explains why in a very objective way. A person's stature does not alone invalidate that person's opinion/knowledge/ideas/etc...

There have been professional level coaches who were gold, but had enough game knowledge and understanding to coach some of the best players in the world. There are diamond/master players who frequently coach players who are a higher rank than them. There are many reasons why someone is the rank that they are, and we all have our own strengths and weaknesses. A master tier player could have less game knowledge than a gold player, but might excel in mechanics and have specific knowledge relating to their small champion pool that the gold player doesn't have access to.

Rather than degrade others based on rank, there's so much we could learn from one another, if we just opened our minds and accepted new ideas. Maybe they're still wrong, like in the case of the Garen build above... but then at the very least, explain why, and maybe suggest a couple better options.

but your rank alone dont make you right either...

and its all relative for example if a plat player is trying to tell someone on bronze how to win or beat a match up his views on the point can be invalid based on the fact that he isnt in bronze... and vise versa to expect a certain match up to play out a certain way just cuz it does when you play it at your level doesnt mean it will at another level. but to say X person is invalid or valid solely based on X person's rank is the the statement being made by this video

I think a good example is.

Diamond Player: "Yasuo sucks"

Bronze Player: "Yasuo is very good"

Neither statement is invalid, because if we compare it in this way:

Diamond Player: "Frog is shit in desert"

Bronze Player: "Frog is amazing in swamp"

Once again, Neither statement is invalid, why? Tools for the job is why. If I need to remove a nail, i'll use a hammer... not a spatula (Now I want to see someone try that.)

Sure for Diamond players in their skill rating and knowledge yasuo could suck. Sure for Bronze players in their skill rating and knowledge could be oppressive.

It just comes down to the situation.
