Make Project Ashe's Hood Toggle-able

I have Night-Hunter Rengar and I like being able to choose when I want the hood up. For a 1820 skin Project Ashe's hood should be toggle-able like Rengar's.

rengar can toggle his hood? man headhunter and night hunter have the same price but we both know which one is better

Honestly I believe the hood for Ashe should be a toggle button like Ctrl maybe even Control 5 that way players have the choice if they want her hood on or not.

Like, I've been playing PROJECT: Ashe and her hood keeps randomly popping up so I sit there, like how is that possible?! (french accent on possible)

How do you toggle rengar's hood?

AND they need to fix the ultimate visuals. I cant even see it comming. They should make it white at least.

It would be better because the hood looks better on and if you don't want it, just turn it off. It's easy
