Windows 10 in League (Sizing)

So I upgraded to windows 10. There were some initial problems like black bars on the side, which I fixed. But now things in game feel weirdly sized. The mini map is smaller, item menus, hud, and so are the health bars. I think the character portraits in the loading screen are too. It has nothing to with the settings in game as far as I'm aware. Everything is the largest it can get. I've read that some weird things can be blamed on resolution. I don't know if upgrading to windows 10 changes resolution, but that is the only thing that i can find. The game plays fine its just not how it was. Thanks
