Bad Internet Connections Mid Game Can Bring Unwanted Punishments.

Now the title speaks for itself but lets take a look at this problem. Internet is not an insured thing that we know for a fact will always work, but generally it works pretty well right? There is the odd time that you may have the worst connection in the universe and you end up getting disconnected. Of course to quickly fix the problem at hand you re-log and or try to reconnect. Unfortunately there are times when it think you went away from your keyboard on purpose and decide to punish you for that. I believe that there should be a way to automatically, right there in the client, appeal. I don't know how, maybe allow a player to type a message to explain why they could not participate but that's beside the point. The fact is no matter how low of a percentage of people are unjustly banned. There should be ways to help prevent these things from happening.
