Allow you to gift your skin to another friend ( for example, if I have 3 Maokai skins purchased over the years, I want to gift 1 of them to my friend without purchasing it again)

Do not start the game if not all 10 players are connected to the game in ranked. I rather go back to queue than winning easy 5v4 or losing 4v5
