Zileas once say that he will check the Players who live in countries with many power lines cut!!

So back in 2013 or 2012 zileas say that people may get DC or AFK not because of rage quit but because of power line problems (special in E.U) so he say that he would check this countries in order to see what countries have problems so the players to not get banned for DC that easily!!

So players from england/Norway/Sweden/etc that have big ratio of rain and thunders would be checked in order the players there to not get banned for something they cant control....

Years later and still nothing happen!!

And no you cant control the when the burst of rain would start!! Example Norway 2 hours before 19 celsius now 8 celsius and in 40 minutes a hell of rain and thunder start!! the power line didnt cut but if that would happen nobody would expect it and players would be punished for leaving games!

People shouldnt get banned because Thor decide to throw a party!!! And riot need to do something about it they start to fix that but for some reason they stopped doing it
