SEVERE PUNISHMENT for Promo trolling.

Any thoughts on increasing penalties on players that ruin your promos? I just started so I only had one series. I lost the first 3. Right of the bat trolled. Second game was a straight up loss. I think we were done in from champ select or something. Third game trolled. The ADC stood by the turret and didn't cs at all but would talk once like every ten minutes. He would roam and dick around so he wasn't a bot.

Does anyone think there is anything sacred or is it all just for laughs and this isn't the environment to take anything serious? Should players that mess around on someone's promos get increased punishment? I know that it takes several reports to get in trouble but what if a report during a series was sent to the top for direct review and upon finding a player guilty, that account was banned from rank for a month. You can still play normals after a 24 hour ban.

Is it worth it? Is there any reason why it would be a bad idea to try even if it failed?
