Ccleaner Won't Let Me Unhide League of Legends From Uninstall List

Fellow Gamers,

I am having difficulties restoring LoLto the uninstall list on my computer. I hid LoL by using the Ccleaner program for the simple reason I had to hide it from trolls in order to keep them from uninstalling it. Now I am trying to REINSTALL LoL but I can't because it says that I already have the program. And yes, I have deleted EVERYTHING possible but it still says I have League of Legends. Help would be greatly appreciated. -Hobo
